Shipping
The Journey ⤗
All pieces are carefully packaged for the safest journey possible. I use Australia post for pieces under 105cm and a courier for those above. Handling and delivery is approx 10 - 14 business days due to my regional setting. Not all pieces are framed, some feature this in their gallery as a visual inspiration, please read the description to ensure you know if your piece will be framed or not before purchase. All pieces are insured and registered for tracking for confirmation of delivery.
International orders ⤗
Unfortunatley international shipping has become very expensive and hard to guarantee quality of delivery. International purchases, unless listed with shipping, are by enquiry only. A freight quote will be provided for consideration before any sale proceeds.
All international orders will be sent unstretched and rolled to reduce cost to the buyer and risk of damage. Due to this some pieces may not be available for international shipping as they cannot be rolled (such as heavy impasto works)
All prints however are available for international orders and are a great affordable alternative for those with a limited budget! Keep an eye out for these!
Delivery

If you are a Clarence Valley resident within 100km of Grafton (Including the Coffs Harbour) I am happy to facilitate a door to door delivery. Use the code CVA2460 at checkout.
Returns
Customers have a 7 day return period on original artworks from the time of the purchaser receiving delivery of the artwork should they change their mind once they see the artwork in person.
I understand that when you get your purchase home, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would in the space you were thinking of hanging it. The purchaser just needs to email a request to return the art within the 7 days of recieving the piece.
All returns are subject to the following conditions -
- The artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered to them.
- I will arrange the return shipping and provide a shipping label.
- The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been delivered back to the artist.
- If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.
- Returns are not available on Limited Edition Prints due to the nature of the product and purchase of these are considered final sale once purchased and shipped.
- Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery through Australia Post.
